I bought something, but it isn't unlocked

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. This works for themes, Premium and Ultimate.

What do Premium and Ultimate give me?

Premium lets you play as much as you like without an internet connection, and lets you continue a game once without watching an ad (not in the daily challenge). Ultimate is Premium together with every paid theme, now and later. Both are one-time purchases.

Why can't I start another game offline?

Without an internet connection you get a few free games a day. The count starts again at midnight on your phone's clock. Connect to the internet to keep playing, or get Premium for unlimited offline play.

When does the daily challenge change?

At midnight on your phone's clock. Everyone gets the same pieces on the same date, and you have one try per day.

My score isn't on the leaderboard

Leaderboards and achievements need Game Center. Tap the crown on Home to sign in. Scores are sent when a game ends while you are signed in; achievements you earned before signing in arrive the next time you open the game.

The colours are hard to tell apart

Turn on Colour patterns in Settings: every block shows a symbol for its colour. The game also turns them on by itself when iOS Differentiate Without Colour is on.

Can I turn off crash reports?

Yes, with Send crash reports in Settings. From the next launch the game sends none. The privacy policy explains what a report contains.

How do I start over?

Your progress is stored only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes it; what you bought comes back with Restore purchases.
